What is your return policy? | |
Customer satisfaction is our first priority, so we
have created a policy which we hope will achieve that
goal:
If you are not satisfied for any
reason, you may return any or all of the items in your order within 30 days of
receipt for a full refund or exchange (whichever you choose) of those items
ordered. We will also refund the
shipping fee we charged you. The
shipping fee you paid to send the items back to us will be credited on your
next order by contacting Jeff via email or by calling 415-435-9420 shortly
after your next order.
Exceptions: CDs:
Unopened CDs may be returned for a refund within 30 days. Opened CDs with physical damage or
major defects may be exchanged for a new copy of the same
CD within 30 days, but you must describe the problem so we can make sure
that the problem is not present in the replacement we would be sending you; if
we are unable to do the exchange in a timely manner, you may request a
refund. We strive to create the highest quality music possible, but since
analog source material was used in the creation of some of our CDs, minor
background hiss or the occasional pop might be present in some of the music and
these issues are not considered major defects. However, our highest goal is to
make customers happy, so if you help us by letting us know about any problems,
even minor ones, we will attempt to fix any problems which you bring to our
attention and, if we are successful in fixing the problem, we will mail you an
improved replacement, at no charge.

will accept your return in either Tiburon or

California and process your refund
request.
